I. Schedule your Class on the Midwest CPR Foundation - Midwest CPR Foundtion (wildapricot.org) website (Virtual Course). Pay the $75.00 sign-up fee online (debit or credit card). Please note - If you already purchased an AHA online course directly from the AHA and/or have your own equipment. we charge $125.00 for the virtual skills assessment only. Please contact us directly (midwestcprfoundation@gmail.com) to register for the Virtual skills ONLY class. Important: If you pay the total cost, $150.00 at sign-up, we will ship out your virtual session CPR equipment on the same day!
II. The AHA online course is sent to you via email after payment is received. Complete the online course within two weeks or less. Email us (midwestcprfoundation@gmail.com) that you have completed the online course.
III. Pay the $75.00 equipment fee invoice emailed to you. Your equipment is sent to your provided shipping address once you complete the online course. Please note that the total cost is $150.00 ($75 registration plus $75 equipment rental fee). Note: If you pay the total cost, $150.00 at sign-up, we will ship out your virtual equipment on the same day!
IV. Email us midwestcprfoundation@gmail.com or text us 636-896-5308 that you will complete the Virtual Skills Class on one of the scheduled dates on or Calendar or email us to arrange another suitable date and time.
V. Complete the Virtual Skills Session with your Instructor using the online instructions provided in the scheduling email sent to you. Email will include instruction how to load GoToMeeting free on your device and link to the virtual skills class and password.
VI. After completing the Virtual Skills Session, drop off the equipment sent to you using the return label provided by us.
VII. Once we receive notification that you have shipped the rental equipment back to us, your AHA eCard will be emailed to you.
First, the student must complete the AHA online course in order to receive the online course completion certificate.
The student must then send proof of having received the completion certificate via text (636-896-5308) or email (midwestcprfoundation@gmail.com).
After the completion certificate is verified by the training instructor and equipment fee paid, the equipment for the virtual portion of the course will be sent to the student via mail and will arrive within 3-5 business days to the address provided by the student. Note: If you pay the total cost, $150.00 at sign-up, we will ship out your virtual CPR equipment on the same day!
The student must schedule a virtual call (website and password provided via email) for the virtual portion of the course within 72 hours of receiving the package containing the equipment. Failure to schedule the Virtual call within this timeframe will result in a delay in receiving you American Heart Association Card.
The student must return the package provided by the instructor within 72 hours of completing the Virtual call. The student can do this by dropping off the package at a local Post Office (USPS: United States Post Service). For the student’s convenience, a return label for the package will be provided.
The CPR card will only be emailed to the student after the return tracking information of the package is uploaded and all payments have been made.
If equipment is not mailed back in a timely manner, your card will be delayed.
After 14 days, the student acknowledges that they owe the equipment amount of $250 in addition to any late fees accrued. Failure to pay the fee will result in the student’s account being turned over to collections and no card will be issued!
Lastly, by paying the $75 sign up fee or $150.00 total fee, you agree to the terms and conditions for virtual American Heart Association (AHA) training conducted by the Midwest CPR Foundation Inc. 2357 Hampton Ave, St Louis, MO 63139 an EMR training location. PRICING AND REFUND POLICY
A $75.00 fee is required in order to sign up for the course. This initial cost covers the eLearning portion of the course and shipping labels. After completing the eLearning portion (online AHA course), reflected by the course completion certificate, students must enroll in the virtual portion of the course conducted through a Virtual call. Enrollment in the Virtual call requires a second payment of $75. Total cost may be paid at time of registration, $150.00
If the student does not open the AHA eLearning online course, $35.00 is refundable. If the student opens the course, no amount of refund is available. If student completes the online course they are eligible to enroll in the Virtual Skills Session. If they do not enroll in the Virtual Skills Session, students can then complete the eLearning course on their own time, and locate an in-person skills session to complete certification.
Once the student receives the equipment package, no refund is available. If student fails to return equipment a $250.00 equipment purchase fee is charged.
